I have been deeply interested in holistic wellness for most of my life. I discovered the amazing benefits of meditation, crystals, reiki, proper nutrition and using healing modalities to manage my own anxiety and depression. Having experienced such huge results myself, I developed a passion for sharing this knowledge and using it to guide people back to their most authentic selves.
As your Meditation Teacher, Healer or Wellness Coach, I will partner with you to help you work towards your goals, break through your blocks and achieve your dreams.  My focus is on helping individuals to build resilience, self-love, self-care, limit the effects of stress and improve their overall sense of wellbeing, in a nurturing and holistic environment.  I’ve worked with clients in order to help them achieve good health and balance in all aspects of life.
